Oh my, how time flies!!

I realized it’s been over half a year since I’ve added anything here. Of course I have been very busy with tons of music and music related projects……for instance, Big Bad Gina, Jorian Oxygen, teaching music to my new fabulous students, and just recently I’ve purchased a pretty swanky video camera….so ya never know what’s on the horizon.

I would like to thank everyone who attended my last minute solo gig in Eureka Springs, AR just recently. I sure had a great time with you folks! I was just beginning to miss singing solo and all those songs that I don’t do that much while playing in bands, esp. when I’m playing drums. And so I hope to be doing more of that!

So thanks for visiting me here. Hope to see you out and around town and in your neighborhood. Keep on keeping on with good music, good vibe, and good food!!

GBmojo has changed my life – no kiddin! It was such an honor and a pleasure to open for them at the Whole Earth Organic Lounge. After meeting them just last Nov. (’09), we have connected and bonded musically and magically. I have performed with them during their sets, I have double billed with them with both Big Bad Gina and Jorian Oxygen, they have let me do a few solo numbers during their sets and all 3 out of town gigs BBG has in Sept. are because of Ginger and Bekah. Thank you Sistahs for sharing your energy, shining your lights, bringing the music, the mission, and the magic to the stage and way way beyond. You both are truly an inspiration to me and many many others! Thanks for the love! I am putting it out to the universe for mo-a-dat!!!! Bring on GB MoJo & BBG House Concert

WOW I mean WOW!!!!!

The first Prima Diva Productions concert in the Dojo was a stark raving success! We had over 50 people at the GB Mojo/BBG/Oxygen House Concert! Unbelievably fun! And with room to dance even ~ which we did plenty of. GB Mojo themselves called it one of their top 3 gigs ever! And again I say WOW! We are so honored and thrilled to have them as our new friends in music, mission, and mojo! You can read their blog about it and more at www.gbmojo.com

That night we did some guest performing with them which only made us want more so we became mini stalkers of each other and followed each other’s gigs the whole week, including Opal Fly’s Feel Good Lounge and even to Eureka Springs. We’ll sure miss them when they get back on the road.

Even Still on the Hill had a chance to jam with these gals and there’s video coming of the impromptu jam session we all had at Kelly and Donna’s. Be looking for it on CAT TV and excerpts will surely appear on each other’s websites.

This is some serious mojo happening here folks! They have reinspired this musician for sure not to mention all whose lives they touch with their music and their message. I encourage you to check out their website and I bet you’ll be just as enthralled as we all are. Special Thanks to Esyule “the Cool” for insisting we all meet and make music together! She was instrumental in bringing on the MOJO and made sure the girls were warm, fed, and got to where they needed to be to make it all happen! THANKS Esyule!
